Ben Rogers joined the RBAC staff in 2005. As RBAC’s liason with the N.C. Department of Commerce, Ben focuses on recruiting new business to the state and connecting existing industries to services provided by Pollution Prevention and Environmental Assistance and the N.C. Department of Environment and Natural Resources. In addition, he works with RBAC's Wendy Worley on construction and demolition waste reduction and recycling market development. |

Joining RBAC in March 2003, Matt Todd's work is geared toward improving North Carolina’s recycling infrastructure with special emphasis on recovered paper markets and electronics. Matt also manages the N.C. Recycling Markets Directory and the Recycling Business Development grants. |

Tom Rhodes joined CBAS in April 1999. He provides market development assistance for plastics recycling companies and waste reduction assessments and consultation for businesses and industries. He works as a team member of North Carolina’s waste exchange, “NC WasteTrader,” assisting companies in finding markets for scrap and surplus commodities. |

Brian, with CBAS since May 2003, provides technical assistance to communities, businesses, industries and individuals in methods for recycling organic wastes into value-added products, such as composts and mulches. Brian has more than 16 years' experience in waste reduction, recycling and composting.
